Think of me, and over 350 zip ties, when your feet are warm and cozy! We’re not sure this system will ever be charged up but the pex hose was free. It took two of us about 3 hours to lay it out. Radiant floor heat is fairly inefficient but it’s a nice comfort piece to consider. Underneath the pex is 6″ of gravel and 4″ of styrofoam. Hopefully mother earth won’t suck all the heat from us.
